AIRPORT SERVICES FOR
REFUGEES
GARS (IRCC Funded)
“Government-assisted refugees” are refugees from the Convention Refugees Abroad Class. The Government of Canada or the Government of Quebec supports their initial resettlement in Canada.
P.S.R.s (IRCC Funded)
The PSR program is strictly for sponsoring refugees and persons in refugee-like situations. Under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations, persons who may qualify as refugees for Canada’s refugee and humanitarian resettlement program are grouped into 2 categories, or “classes”: Convention Refugees Abroad and Country of Asylum.
Ukrainan (IRCC Funding)
Canada is committed to supporting those affected by the Russian invasion of Ukraine, by helping Ukrainian families get visitor visas as quickly as possible so that they can find a safe, temporary home in Canada.

The Temporary Foreign Worker (TFW) Program allows Canadian employers to hire foreign workers to fill temporary jobs when qualified Canadians are not available.
